Earth Guard - Lonewolf design

Hey Everybody, I figured since you saw the Earth Guard Group shot, you deserved to see each individual character's design separately, to truly appreciate what Ray Anthony Height created for Greg and I.

As noted in the group shot page, this is Lonewolf. Lonewolf is a non-powered Native American vigilante in the vein of characters like Batman, but with a bit of the disposition of Wolverine.

Lonewolf is a superb fighter, in both hand-to-hand and non-physical combat, with all types of weaponry. He also shows a remarkable skill for tracking down all types of criminals, through say we say, more seedy connections.

He was brought onto the Earth Guard in order to keep the team grounded, although his means and demeanor doesn't always sit well with his other comrades.

And he has little patience for bad jokes.

As for the art, you can see this is version 2 of the costume. It came around because I really happened to like Ray's first version of the costume (Lonewolf was the second character be to drawn) but it needed some tweaks. Then one day, he and I were chatting about comics and our favorite teams, then he went off-line and came back with this baby, which was pretty much a total revision but completely and utterly awesome.

At least, I like to think so
